Information We May Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, for example when you use our contact form, contact us by email or make an enquiry.

This may include:

  • your name;

  • your email address;

  • any information you include in your message or correspondence; and

  • information relating to concert or event enquiries.

Our website and the service providers used to operate it may also process limited technical information when you visit the website, such as:

  • your IP address;

  • browser and device information;

  • pages visited;

  • date and time of access; and

  • cookie and similar technology information.

We do not currently operate a newsletter or mailing list through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and messages;

  • provide information you request about concerts and activities;

  • administer, maintain and improve the website;

  • maintain the security and proper functioning of the website; and

  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Our main lawful bases for processing personal information are:

Legitimate interests — where processing is reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, communicate with people who contact us, operate the website and maintain its security, provided those interests do not override your data-protection rights.

Consent — where consent is required, particularly for optional cookies or similar non-essential technologies.

Legal obligation — where processing is necessary for us to comply with an applicable legal requirement.

Contact Form

If you submit information through a contact form on this website, we use that information only for the purpose of responding to or dealing with your enquiry.

Because this website is hosted using Wix, information submitted through website functionality may also be processed by Wix as part of providing its website hosting and technical services.

We do not use contact-form information for a mailing list or newsletter.

Wix

Our website is created and hosted using Wix.com.

Wix may process technical information and other information necessary to provide website hosting, security, contact-form functionality and related services.

Information processed through Wix may be stored or processed in different countries in accordance with Wix's applicable data-protection arrangements.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies that are strictly necessary may be used to allow the website to operate correctly and securely.

Optional cookies, including analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies, are used only where the required consent has been obtained.

Visitors can accept or reject optional cookies using the cookie banner displayed on the website and can change their preferences using the cookie settings available on the site.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

Third-Party Content and External Links

Our website contains links to third-party websites and services, including ticketing platforms, YouTube and other external services.

When you follow a link to another website, that organisation may process your information according to its own privacy policy. Sahadeva Ensemble is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

Where third-party content such as a YouTube video is embedded directly on our website, we use consent controls intended to prevent non-essential third-party content from loading before any consent required by law has been obtained.

Event Registration and Eveeno

Registration for the German A New World of Peace concerts is handled separately through Eveeno and the relevant German event organiser.

Personal information submitted through an Eveeno registration is provided to the relevant German event organiser and is subject to the privacy information applicable to that registration.

Sahadeva Ensemble does not receive, access or retain the personal information submitted through the German Eveeno registrations.

NewWorldOfPeace.com acts as the international information website for the project and does not itself collect German concert registrations.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Where necessary, personal information collected directly by Sahadeva Ensemble may be processed by organisations that help us operate the website or provide its technical functionality, including:

  • Wix and relevant website service providers;

  • technical and hosting service providers; and

  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We only disclose personal information where there is an appropriate reason to do so.

How Long We Keep Information

Personal information submitted through an enquiry or correspondence with Sahadeva Ensemble will normally be retained for no longer than 30 days after the enquiry has been dealt with.

After this period, the information will normally be deleted unless there is a legitimate legal or administrative reason why it needs to be kept for longer.

Technical information processed by website service providers may be retained in accordance with those providers' applicable retention arrangements.

As stated above, Sahadeva Ensemble does not retain attendee registration information submitted through the German Eveeno event pages.

International Transfers

Some organisations providing services used by this website may process information outside the United Kingdom or the country in which you live.

Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer of personal information, appropriate legally recognised transfer mechanisms or safeguards will be used.

Your Data-Protection Rights

Depending on the circumstances and the data-protection law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

  • request access to personal information held about you;

  • ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;

  • ask for your information to be deleted in certain circumstances;

  • ask for the use of your information to be restricted in certain circumstances;

  • object to certain uses of your information;

  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and

  • request the transfer of your information in certain circumstances.

These rights are subject to the conditions and exemptions provided by applicable data-protection law.

To exercise any of these rights or ask a question about your personal information, contact:

contact@newworldofpeace.com

You also have the right to make a complaint to an appropriate data-protection supervisory authority.

As Sahadeva Ensemble is based in the United Kingdom, you may contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Where applicable, individuals in the European Union may also contact the relevant supervisory authority in their country.
