What an unforgettable evening in New York! 25th August 2026

A New World of Peace came to the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts on August 25th for a truly memorable concert and a wonderful celebration of peace, hope and oneness.

Performing to a full house, the Sahadeva Ensemble shared an evening of music, poetry and meditation inspired by the music and writings of Sri Chinmoy. We were also deeply honoured to be joined by our very special guest artist, the extraordinary Jocelyn B. Smith, whose beautiful and powerful performance added something truly special to the occasion.

There was such a warm and uplifting atmosphere throughout the evening—a feeling of connection between performers and audience, and a shared aspiration for a more peaceful and harmonious world.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and to all those who helped make this very special New York concert possible.
